COACHING AND COUNSELLING
As a qualified counsellor and coach I am particularly interested in working with individuals to improve their personal and or professional life.
My approach to coaching / counselling is very much based on my training and experience in Transactional Analysis. This involves working with you in a supportive and non-judgemental way that helps us to build a sound trusting relationship to enable us to explore and resolve issues effectively.
A specific additional service I provide is ‘mentoring for managers’. This includes managers of small businesses and senior managers in large organisations. The particular value of this approach is to provide managers with an external non-judgemental mentor to help them discuss and resolve issues related to their work or personal development.
